New High-wear-resistant Screen Mesh Production Line Officially Put Into Operation

Tiancheng Mineral Sieve Co., Ltd. has launched its brand-new high-wear-resistant screen mesh production line recently. The newly-introduced equipment greatly improves production accuracy and material utilization rate for polyurethane sieve plates and metal screen mesh.

With upgraded production technology, our products achieve better tensile strength and anti-blocking performance, which can adapt to harsh working conditions of mines, quarries and sand-aggregate plants. The whole production process implements stricter quality inspection standards, to guarantee stable quality for every batch of finished goods.

This production line supports larger-volume OEM & ODM customized orders. We can quickly produce special-size screen mesh according to customers’ site conditions. It further strengthens our capacity to serve overseas clients from Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South America.
